The shared wall connected shower fixtures, concealed supply piping and vent risers passing through the floor. ASI organized access and trade sequencing around those interfaces.

When non-invasive testing could not resolve the concealed path, controlled openings gave the specialists the access required. Nighttime access, escorts, noise control and protection had to align before demolition and repair could move forward.

The team replaced the leaking cold-water section and affected cast-iron vent piping, with supports and sealed floor penetrations.
