First American Title Escondido Office Contents Relocation
ASI connected a defined office-contents move with building protection and separate origin signage and electrical exit responsibilities.
Overview
Challenge
First American's office contents needed to move between two Escondido addresses while respecting shared-property access and destination protection. Signage and electrical exit work at the origin had a separate scope.
ASI approach
ASI coordinated contents handling, reusable moving crates and delivery placement, with common-area protection. The origin sign-removal and electrical safe-off responsibilities stayed distinct from the move.
Field execution
Personal desk and file contents, office and breakroom supplies, wall art and plants were part of the defined relocation. Reusable crates were placed according to the destination seating chart, keeping delivery tied to the receiving layout.
The work order required protection of destination common-area floors and walls, with attention to entrance access and parking. At the origin, shared-property access could not be blocked by the move operation.
The outcome
What the project delivered
ASI completed the defined office-contents relocation and connected it with destination protection and receiving placement. Separate origin signage and electrical responsibilities remained clearly scoped rather than being confused with a full renovation.
Contents handling
The defined office-contents relocation connected the origin and destination offices.
Destination placement
Reusable moving crates were delivered according to the receiving seating chart.
Property interface
Common-area protection connected with entrance, parking and shared-property access requirements.
Separate origin exit
Sign-removal and electrical safe-off responsibilities were separately scoped at the vacated office.
