First American Title Gresham Phased Workplace Transition
ASI connected the temporary-space move, defined furniture removal, rental furnishing and return movement for First American Title's Gresham workplace transition.
Overview
Challenge
The workplace transition required more than a one-time move. Office contents needed temporary placement, furniture removal had electrical interfaces, and rental furniture and configuration changes had to connect with the later return movement.
ASI approach
ASI linked temporary contents movement, defined furniture decommission and disconnection, rental furnishings and requested panel configurations with the return to final space. The furniture removal responsibilities connected dismantling and disposal with cubicle electrical disconnection.
Field execution
Rental desks, cubicle components and counter-height chairs supported the temporary furniture assignment. Requested additions included desk movement and panel reconfiguration, with the return move carried as a separate, connected responsibility.
The outcome
What the project delivered
ASI brought temporary-space movement, defined furniture removal, rental furnishing and return movement into one coordinated assignment. Office contents and selected furniture returned from temporary to final space within the workplace sequence.
