First American Title
Dismantle the systems. Clear the workplace.
ASI managed furniture and cubicle clearance at First American Title's Philadelphia office, connecting dismantling and staged removal with a cleared workplace footprint.
Overview
Challenge
A furnished office had to be cleared of cubicles and loose workplace contents. Dismantled systems needed to move through the retained interior without turning staged removal into uncontrolled clutter.
ASI approach
ASI managed furniture-system disassembly and removal as one coordinated clearance assignment, moving from staged components to a cleared main office.
Results
- Furniture cleared from the main office.
- Cubicle components dismantled for removal.
- Retained workplace surfaces remain in place.
Field execution
The ASI delivery model
Cubicle components were dismantled and staged for removal. Panels, furniture pieces and the working area had to be managed together rather than treated as unrelated pickup items.
The clearance took place around the existing walls, windows, columns and ceiling. The completed furniture-cleared footprint retains those permanent workplace features.
The outcome
What the project delivered
ASI managed the furniture-clearance assignment from cubicle disassembly through removal, giving the client one accountable partner for the cleared workplace footprint.
System Disassembly
The cubicle environment was broken into manageable components for removal.
Staged Removal
Dismantled panels and furniture pieces were handled as part of the office-clearance sequence.
Cleared Footprint
The main office is clear of furniture while retaining its existing fixed interior.
One Accountable Partner
ASI connected dismantling, furniture handling and clearance in one delivery scope.
