Jordan Shapiro
Managing Principle
Jordan Shapiro is the founder and Managing Principal of All Solutions, Inc. (ASI), where he leads national and international workplace projects from early planning through construction, relocation, decommissioning, turnover, and final closeout.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jordan has planned and managed complex workplace transitions, commercial construction projects, facility consolidations, furniture programs, and multi-location initiatives for corporate clients. His practical, hands-on approach brings structure and accountability to projects involving numerous stakeholders, vendors, trades, locations, and deadlines.
Jordan is known for his ability to understand the complete project environment, identify risks early, coordinate the right resources, and maintain clear communication from the initial scope through field execution. His leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively with people at every level allow him to take ownership of challenging assignments and earn the confidence of clients, consultants, vendors, and field teams.
Before founding ASI, Jordan founded San Diego Office & Modular Design, a firm specializing in office furniture planning and procurement. During that time, he successfully managed more than 1500 office furniture, light-industrial construction, relocation, startup, and consolidation projects throughout the United States, Canada, and South America.
Today, Jordan leads ASI’s integrated workplace project execution model, bringing together construction, electrical, low voltage, furniture, relocation, logistics, decommissioning, facility services, documentation, and closeout through one accountable partner.
