Jordan Shapiro
Managing Principal
Jordan P. Shapiro is the founder and Managing Principal of All Solutions, Inc. (ASI). He established ASI in San Diego in 2011 and leads workplace projects from initial planning through construction, occupancy, facility transitions and final closeout.
His introduction to construction came during high school, when he spent afternoons and summers working for a general contractor. Time on active jobsites gave him an early understanding of how access, sequencing, workmanship and coordination affect the people responsible for completing the work.
Before launching ASI, Jordan founded San Diego Office & Modular Design. There, he built experience in furniture planning and procurement, installations, relocations and consolidations, working on assignments that ranged from individual workplace needs to programs spanning multiple locations.
Across more than 20 years, his work has covered commercial construction, workplace technology, furniture, relocation, decommissioning and facility projects in the United States and international markets. At ASI, he brings that experience to the practical decisions that connect a client's scope, schedule, vendors, trades and field teams.
Jordan's role is to keep the entire assignment in view: identify dependencies early, establish clear responsibilities, maintain communication and follow the work through turnover. His engineering education, field background and experience building businesses inform the way he approaches complex workplace assignments.
Beyond the Work
Jordan has spent more than a decade competing in marathons, ultramarathons, triathlons and team endurance events. He also served as a Ragnar Ambassador from 2014 to 2018, supporting participation in road and trail relay racing.
His community involvement includes classroom and Parent Teacher Fellowship volunteering at Trinity Classical Academy beginning in 2022. Earlier, from 2004 to 2007, he served as a Big Brother mentor, providing one-on-one guidance and support to two young men.

Education and Licensing
Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University.
