Case study | Workplace furniture and installation
Furnish the workplace. Resolve the details.
ASI connected furniture procurement, local receiving, installation and practical site adjustments for CIM Group’s Longwood office.

Longwood workplace | Completed
Overview
At CIM Group’s Longwood office, ASI connected furniture selection and procurement with local logistics and installation. The assigned scope extended beyond initial delivery to resolve practical furniture and power details in the occupied workplace.
Challenge
A new furniture package had to work across open benching, private offices, a conference room and a breakroom. Product deliveries, local receiving, installation and connection to existing power required coordinated follow-through.
ASI approach
ASI procured the specified furniture, coordinated receiving and delivery, and managed installation. Follow-up work addressed furniture details and adapted conference-table power to the existing floor-raceway connection.
The installation plan
A furniture layout carried into the field.
The safe project layout illustrates the intended furniture arrangement across the Longwood office. Personal names and the source title block have been removed from this public planning image. It is not presented as an as-built record.
The ASI delivery model
Procurement, logistics and installation stayed connected.
Procure the specified furniture

Coordinate local delivery

Furnish the work settings
