Challenge
Desks and desk items had to move out of the carpet installers' work areas, then return to their original positions. The furniture sequence needed to connect access, temporary placement and the return visit across two floors.

ASI defined the furniture movement around the flooring interface, coordinating access and temporary clearance before the return to original desk positions. Key pickup, first- and second-floor movement, temporary placement and the return visit stayed within one defined assignment.

What the project delivered
