Case study | Integrated workplace transition
Reconfigure. Reconnect. Close out.
ASI connected furniture reuse, workplace decommissioning and dedicated electrical power through one coordinated Northampton office transition.

Overview
Stantec’s changing Northampton office footprint required existing furniture to be dismantled and rebuilt in a revised arrangement. Departing work areas needed to be cleared while electrical work aligned with the new workplace configuration.
ASI approach
ASI connected onsite inventory, layout coordination, local installation crews and the electrical subcontractor. Furniture reuse, assigned removals and dedicated power were managed as one field plan.
Result
Existing furniture was reconfigured for the revised arrangement. Three dedicated circuits were completed and received final electrical inspection. Assigned departing work areas were cleared with existing finishes retained.
Plans and workplace context
Existing components. A reconfigured workplace.
These sanitized furniture-only excerpts show the workstation arrangement and component details. They are planning context, not certified as-built documentation.
The ASI delivery model
More than moving furniture.
Translate inventory into a layout
Review existing components and field conditions, then coordinate the furniture arrangement and work required to build it.
Dismantle and reconfigure
Coordinate teardown and rebuilding of existing office furniture through onsite project leadership.
Connect the electrical scope
Manage dedicated circuits for kitchen, copier and server functions, aligned with the furniture installation.
Decommission departing areas
Remove assigned furniture and wall-mounted items, leaving existing finishes retained.
Complete the field handoff
Connect the installation and electrical teams through inspection and documented completion.
The outcome
A changed office footprint. A coordinated transition.
ASI linked furniture reuse, completed dedicated power and assigned decommissioning work through one field-led closeout. The cleared-area photographs do not represent the unphotographed assembled workstation configuration.
Authentic project photographs
The field work came together.
Cleared departing areas show the decommissioning result. Furniture before teardown and the copier-power detail show distinct work phases.
