Tom MacKinlay

Tom brings more than 35 years of experience in commercial furniture systems, workplace transitions, installation management, reconfiguration, and field operations. He began his career with Steelcase as a certified trainer, developing extensive knowledge of furniture systems, manufacturer standards, installation methods, field supervision, and workforce development.

Tom helps lead furniture, FF&E, workplace reconfiguration, relocation, and specialty installation projects. His experience allows him to coordinate complex field conditions, solve installation challenges, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
