ASI supported First American Title across more than 50 service locations in 14 states, helping plan, equip, transition and close offices. The work connected CAD layouts and furniture with electrical infrastructure, sound masking, relocation, asset logistics, records destruction and restoration. Each location had its own requirements. ASI kept the decisions, trades and handoffs connected.

Challenge
A national office portfolio produces different needs at each location: a new furniture plan, additional power, a phased move, a storage transfer or a full office exit. Those assignments still depend on the same details being right, from the assets and room layouts to building access and the order of work.

Match the scope, field team and specialty providers to each office. Carry surveys, CAD and inventory decisions into furniture installation, electrical work, acoustics, relocation and closeout, including the smaller field requests that follow a larger transition.

The scope varied by office. Across the documented assignments, ASI performed or coordinated these connected services.
Workplace Planning and CAD
Site and stored-asset inventories, furniture layouts, drawing revisions, room-use planning and equipment locations. The plan connected what First American already owned with what the next office needed.
Furniture and Glass Installation
Receiving, transport, assembly, reconfiguration, workstation glass panels and field adjustments. Furniture placement stayed connected to the approved layout and its power requirements.
Electrical and Low-Voltage Coordination
Workstation power poles and circuits, equipment receptacles, office electrical changes, furniture power disconnection and cable removal. Scope was matched to the location, including coordination with other technology providers.
Sound Masking
Control hardware, wiring and emitters for the Las Vegas sound-masking system, followed by area testing to the required sound level. Acoustics were part of the office installation, not a separate afterthought.
Relocation and Phased Moves
Packing supplies, reusable crates, crews, trucks and room-by-room moves. Deliveries, building access and the next phase of work were coordinated around each office’s requirements.
Storage and Asset Redistribution
Storage inventories, loading, delivery and redistribution of retained furniture. Reuse decisions connected the source assets to the destination layout instead of stopping at transport.
Records and Microfilm Destruction
Physical handling, removal and coordination with specialized destruction providers, including documented microfilm assignments in Sun Valley. Processing and service records supported the applicable closeout.
Decommissioning and Restoration
Furniture and signage removal, cleared-space turnover, patching, priming and location-specific repairs. Follow-up work included light-cover replacement, signage restoration and assessment of remaining floor or carpet conditions.

The scale came from managing the details consistently, while giving each location the combination of services it actually needed.
Confirm the office, rooms, assets and requested work. Separate items to retain, relocate, store or remove. Resolve missing scope before dispatching the next crew.
Turn the inventory into CAD and furniture layouts. Connect room use, circulation, storage and equipment locations to power, installation and destination requirements.
Coordinate furniture installers, electrical trades, cabling, acoustics, movers and specialist providers. Align site access, deliveries and phased changes so each team can complete its part.
Carry out the site-specific installation, room moves and asset handling. Bring field conditions and additional requests back through the project team so changes reach everyone affected.
Check the installed scope and tested systems where included. Coordinate corrections, removals, restoration and provider documentation, then carry unresolved items into the next phase or follow-up visit.

Las Vegas: Design, Infrastructure and Acoustics
CAD revisions, storage inventories, furniture and glass panels connected to equipment power, electrical work and a sound-masking system with area testing across related assignments.
Bend: A Staged Workplace Transition
Furniture and room moves followed distinct phases, including signing-room and breakroom areas. Remaining scope was clarified before the next mobilization so crews, timing and work stayed aligned.
Everett and Roseburg: Local Layouts
Everett combined phase-one workstation movement and power disconnection with field measurements and layout records. Roseburg included cubicle reconfiguration, rebuilding and internal furniture moves.
Memphis: Furniture Removal and Office Exit
Furniture and appliance removal connected to interior-sign removal and patching and priming the affected surfaces. The closeout extended beyond loading a truck.
Little Canada: Infrastructure Disconnection
Workstation electrical whips were disconnected, with existing Cat 5 cabling removed, coiled and placed in the ceiling as part of the documented site scope.
Sun Valley: Microfilm and Records Handling
Removal crews, hauling and specialized destruction services connected the physical office work to records and materials designated for removal.
