Overview

The assigned giveback area combined private offices and open workstations. Furniture teardown, removal access, electrical interfaces and wall repairs needed to be coordinated within the building’s permitted work windows.

ASI approach

ASI linked field supervision with dismantling and removal crews, coordinated freight-elevator access, removed furniture power feeds, managed assigned low-voltage cut-and-coil work and completed drywall patching.

Result

The assigned workplace area was cleared of furniture, with power-feed disconnection and drywall patching coordinated alongside the removals. HCLTech and Hilldrup received one accountable field partner for the decommissioning scope.

Spatial context

One workplace, several field interfaces.

The open workplace photograph shows the assigned area after furniture removal. Retained ceiling conditions are visible and are not presented as a new ceiling or completed renovation.
