Challenge
Consolidating two workplaces required more than moving furniture. The destination needed existing stations removed, walls opened and circuits relocated to receive reused workstations. Origin disconnections, transport, installation and technology reset had to follow the same coordinated sequence.

ASI managed the crews and subcontractors across Scripps Ranch and Camino Del Rio. The team linked destination preparation, electrical and low-voltage pathways, origin teardown, asset transfer, furniture installation and computer reconnection to the approved layout.

The furniture arrangement guided the consolidation. The existing-power markup identified interfaces that had to be addressed alongside destination demolition, circuit relocation and workstation installation. These are coordination views, not as-built drawings.

ASI managed the field team and specialist subcontractors around a shared delivery plan. Each handoff prepared the next trade, asset movement or technology connection.
Prepare the Destination
Remove designated existing stations at Camino Del Rio. Protect the building and align access, material handling and the incoming furniture arrangement.
Rework the Infrastructure
Open walls, relocate electrical circuits and prepare low-voltage pathways. Coordinate drywall and paint repairs with the electrical work and furniture sequence.
Decommission and Transfer
Teardown designated stations at Scripps Ranch, coordinate electrical disconnections and transport the retained assets to Camino Del Rio for reuse.
Rebuild and Reconnect
Reinstall workstations to the plan. Match labeled PCs and peripherals to their stations, reconnect equipment and perform power-on and basic functionality checks.
Manage the Field Handoffs
Coordinate ASI crews, the installation subcontractor and electrical work. Resolve changing requirements and document the completed consolidation phase.
