Hauppauge, NY
Onsite inventory and space planning carried into a two-phase furniture teardown and rebuild, electrical disconnection and reconnection, reuse labeling, signage and later painting. Planning and field work stayed connected through the office reconfiguration.
Miami, FL
Inventory and space planning supported phased furniture reconfiguration and decommissioning, with electrical work, low-voltage rework and permit coordination within the building.

Minnesota: Office Consolidation
Moves from Eagan and Little Canada connected to St. Paul, with selected assets routed to Woodbury. Packing assistance, furniture disassembly, transport and reassembly joined electrical safe-off, excess-furniture removal, e-waste and specified wall repairs.
Ontario: Furniture Reuse
Whitby furniture was retained for assignments in Markham, Sudbury and Hamilton. Removal, staging, delivery and installation connected the departing office to the needs of receiving locations.

Portland, OR: Space Giveback and Reuse
Phased reconfiguration and decommissioning combined building protection, demountable-wall handling, storage and furniture redistribution. Asset handling was coordinated with the needs of other offices, including Bishop, Ventura, Fresno and St. George.
Chicago, IL: Clearance and Restoration
Office decommissioning connected furniture removal and electrical disconnection with building restoration involving ceilings, deck repairs, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.

A Major Tenant Improvement.

Broomfield’s 23,421-square-foot, two-level tenant improvement connected architectural construction, finishes and building systems across the workplace.
The relationship also includes furniture dismantle and rebuild, electrical reconnection, later decommissioning, HVAC removal and ongoing chair support. It shows how a substantial construction assignment fits within continuing office needs.

Tenant-improvement construction joined architectural work, electrical and lighting controls, ceiling coordination and building-system interfaces. A separate access-control assignment added another defined scope.
Madison, WI
Server and storage adaptation, lab and kitchen millwork reuse, plumbing, flooring, HVAC, electrical and finish work connected the building to its workplace requirements.
Santa Barbara, CA
Tenant improvement brought together millwork, flooring, ceiling and seismic repairs, abatement coordination and HVAC correction, alongside workplace installation.
Sturgeon Bay, WI
First-floor construction and finishes were coordinated with server-room cooling and electrical requirements and the client’s move and IT providers.
